New Menu Development
Chef Iain McCombe works hands-on in your kitchen to create a menu of delicious dishes tailored to suit your customers, your budget and your kitchen team's ability. He sets the production standards including presentation, portion control and ordering proceedures, and works alongside your kitchen team, training by example, to get the new menu successfully up and running. We can supply recipe costing sheets (formulated for excell) for each dish detailing food cost percentages.
Menu copy writing, graphic design and printing service also available through our sister company MCCOY DESIGN. Menus can be supplied in Microsoft Word format for printing and future editing in -house.
